Refund Policy

This CANCELLATION, CHANGE & REFUND POLICY - Applies to Winter and Summer Camps at ALL camp locations.

Cancellation Policy:

If your cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the Start Date of the camp - Full refund less fee**.

If your cancellation request is received between 30-15 days before the Start Date of the camp - 50% refund less fee**.

If your cancellation request is received less than 15 days before the Start Date of the camp - No refund

If you requested a change in camp and then decide to cancel, the date that will be used to determine the refund amount will be the start date of the original camp or the new camp whichever comes first.

** All refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per student/per camp. (Eff. March 21 2017)

 

Change Policy

Changes can be made between camps if there is space available in the desired camp.

Changes can be requested up to 10 days before the start date of the desired camp.

Each change in camp will be charged a $25 fee per student.

If you requested a change in camp and then decide to cancel, the date that will be used to determine the refund amount will be the start date of the original camp or the new camp whichever comes first.

There are NO MAKE UP SESSIONS.

No partial refunds for missing camp days.
